    I wouldn't bother with the 200 dollar built-in screen though… I would buy a tablet shade instead.

Lol your comment about a step closer to not using ND filters is false. Professional DSLR cameras have aperture settings and still use ND filters. It would actually benefit to use ND filters with the aperture settings. Not sure how legit the the Phantom 4 pro camera is, I just ordered one and I have the Phantom 3 pro already. With ND filter you can still get the shallow depth of field by lowering the aperture. Raising the aperture to f/11 will make everything in the camera sight in focus which will lose the cinematic look. But, once again I don't think that's the case with the phantom 4 pro camera because it has no focus ring or focus adjustment like the x5r and x5s has on the inspire series

Very nice review. I noticed a few glitches on the screen. Is that a problem?

NDs in photography are used to allow you to shoot in more open apertures to allow for different depth of field focus…yes, on previous drones NDs were necesary to stop down since the aperture wasnt adjustable, that was a cheat of sorts, not why we use NDs. just because we can stop down now it doesn't mean NDs are no longer necessary. NDs are now to be used new they are traditionally used, to allow larger apertures when the Fstop is too high by blocking the amount of light coming in and allowing you to open the aperture and giving you some depth of field on your image.. if shooting subject close enough to matter, this doesnt apply to landscape photography much of course

While you showing different modes on the controller screen I noticed constant stuttering from the live video feed. Is it like that all the time ?

Nice review! You mentioned that the camera will be great for photogrammetry, I agree. Is there any built in software for taking the pictures with the proper amount of overlap or do we have to wait for third parties to create it? THANKS!

The terrible thing I found out was the side IR sensors only work in tripod and beginner modes. Had I known that, I probably would've just kept the original P4. Kinda sucks not knowing that in the beginning

    1. does the new sensor able to avoid power lines? 2. does the standard remote have a HDMI? ( the one with no screen)

A 24mm lens on a 1"sensor is not equivalent to a 35mm lens on a full frame. It in on an APS-C sensor, which is much larger. The crop factor here is 1.5. A one inch sensor has a 2.7 crop factor. So. a 24 mm lens is equivalent to a 64.8mm lens on a full frame sensor. Also, a 3.5 F-stop would have to be multiplied by 2.7 to get the full frame f-stop equivalent.

I am encountering DJI Go 4 app crash whenever I use the Point of Interest with my Samsung J7 hp. with the " No Signal "caution display on the screen causing me unable to use the Point Of Interest feature with my new Phantom 4Pro. Are there anyone encountering the same issue as mine?

You could use a 128MB SD with the phantom 4. Did you mean you can use greater than 128MB?

Also can the phantom take timelaspes in RAW w/ 1 frame every 2 seconds? It previously capped out at 1 frame every 10 seconds
